Introducing - Analis Lamboy!

Hello, my name is Analis and I am a new Victim Advocate working with the Cahuilla Consortium. I am a recent graduate of American University where I received my bachelor’s degree in Justice and Law with a focus in criminology. During my first year at American, I was a Theatre major. However, after taking a juvenile justice course I developed a passion for learning more about the criminal justice system. My experience in the field has been by interning with the Riverside District Attorney’s office. Specifically, as a Victim Services Intern. While attending college, I also worked for the DC Reads program which aimed to assist and advocate for children who struggled with literacy. Currently, I am still trying to decide if I would like to pursue a career in law. While working at the Cahuilla Consortium I hope to develop my victim advocacy skills even further! I am very excited to be joining this team, and it is an honor to be serving the Cahuilla people.
